This six story professional office building is located directly on the campus of Halifax Medical Center. It Provides an excellent office environment for physicians and surgeons who use the facilities of Halifax Medical Center.
More than a conventional office building, this structure includes an outpatient radiology and "catscan" department, same-day surgery unit with six operating rooms, pre-op area, and recovery area. Three stories of parking provide ample parking plus forty tenant spaces.
Systems included in the assignment include non-essential power, life-safety power, critical branch power, emergency generator, nurse call, fire alarm, x-ray installation, surgical lasers, paging systems, dictation systems, HVAC systems control, isolated power systems to meet life-safety codes and HRS Health Care Facilities Code.
