The Caribbean is a twenty story, 130 unit, luxury condominium building on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. It features a stately ground-to-roof glass atrium with two glass bubble scenic view elevators and a high speed bronze tone enclosed elevator. This is truly a landmark building for the area and one which has won numerous awards and has been enthusiastically received by buyers of the ocean front condominium units.
Olson Electric was selected as a key member of the construction team that has kept this project on schedule and maintained the strictest standards for quality control. The project required systems for security, fire alarm, emergency power generation, cable television distribution, bus duct power, distribution risers, a master label lightning protection and specialty lighting.
