Ponce Inlet, on Florida's Atlantic coast is a charming community. DiMucci Development, the creator of the magnificent Tower of Ponce Inlet, called upon Olson Electric Company to handle the complicated electrical contracting work on this seaside condominium community which, when complete; will include 330 condominium homes in six buildings, each with underground parking.
Olson Electric has formidable experience in luxury condominium work. Not only are Olson people masters of the intricacies of multi-story design and construction, but they are well aware of the special considerations that seaside construction mandate. It requires innovative design and specially selected materials to fulfill aesthetic requirements as well as resistance to the harsh elements associated with sun and sea alike.
This assignment included design assistance as well as systems for CCTV, security, fire alarm, specialty lighting and electrical distribution.
